We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, nor will we pay any toll road fees. You are also responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.Clients are responsible for all expenses they incur in the rental vehicle. This includes tolls, tickets and towing.

Avital Exotics happily delivers all of their vehicles to their clients, simply call or text 917-708-7788 to inform us of drop off location. You also have the option to pick up the vehicle yourself, free of charge, at our NYC Location, 615 W. 59th St. (MTP Parking Lot). Must Schedule Appointment before arriving, no rentals will be given out without prior reservation.

You can list up to two drivers on any rental agreement. Both drivers must have valid driver licenses and have insurance coverage. If either driver is under the age of 25, the underage fee will apply.
